Shipping policy

Domestic orders usually arrive in 2-3 business days once the package hits the mail. We aim to get orders packed and out the door within 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped. Once your order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

We offer two options for international shipping - USPS Priority Mail International which typically takes about 6-10 business days, and USPS Priority Mail Express International, which typically takes 3-5 business days. These transit times are not guaranteed, and the actual time may vary depending on location, customs, and other factors out of our control. The customer is responsible for all customs and import fees.

Aida Zardoost is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other courier delays. We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
