Refund policy
TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Many of our pieces are made-to-order - please consider this when you make your purchase. Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items with their original tags and/or packaging may be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.
We do not offer refunds. We are happy to extend store credit if you would like to return your full-price items. Sale items are not eligible for cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you would like to return your full-price item for store credit, please email us at sales@aidazardoost.com. Purchases made using a gift card or store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Postage costs are not refundable. After 3 days, all sales are final.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without an accompanying code.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping and we, therefore, recommend providing tracking information with your shipment.
Your account will be credited your refund or any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.
All purchases from our SALE page are final.
Aida Zardoost has the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
